Just place an order last night for my XL650! Got all the bells and whistles too! Ordered it set up to do the .223 because that is what I have been shooting a lot of lately.

Now I have to just sit and wait for it to arrive.

Next on the list is dies and caliber conversion kit for .45 ACP!

And still waiting???

Order placed February 24, 2016 and absolutely no word from Dillon. This is my very first dealings with Dillon and I am only impressed by what I have heard from others but not impressed so far with my experience.

No word at all is pretty weird in my book.

This may be a very good company and they may have a very good product but that all goes out the window when customer service is not the top priority. Customer service is the first thing to suffer when a company grows to quick and cannot keep up with it owns success.

You cannot even call this company without being number 25 or 430 inline on hold? Obviously they must be making money, hire some people?

Sorry Dillon just my thoughts on this since I placed my order. I will continue to wait and some day I will experience the the thrill of reloading with a Dillon XL650.

You should have received an email when your order shipped that included a tracking link. Please check your spam or junk mail folder, as the email comes from the shipper (FedEx or UPS), and not from Dillon Precision.

Dillon, thank you for the reply but I have received absolutely nothing. All I know is the order on your new web site shows "closed". Hopefully that does not mean "cancelled".

I have checked my spam and junk folders almost every day since I placed the order.

email us your billing name and address, or the order number, and we can look it up for you.

The order number is 446103.

Your website says email can take 14 days to get answered. I figured this forum might be quicker?

So I talked with someone at Dillon today. The order was shipped on March 1 but they cannot give me a tracking number. That is really not acceptable. You folks shipped it you should have a tracking number to give me.

I sure would like to know when it will arrive so I can plan to be here to accept it and it does not sit on my door step all day.

I cannot believe I have not heard from anyone at Dillon through email and you cannot give me a tracking number!

you should have received an email with the tracking numbers. Check your spam folder, as the email comes from FedEx directly. 2 boxes in your shipment, scheduled to be delivered by Wednesday.

To date I have received no emails from anyone concerning this order. I have checked my spam and junk folders several times.

I typically receive email from FedEx when something is shipped to me. I do not believe I have ever received an email from Dillon but the Dillon name and address are in my safe senders list so there should be no issues.

At this point if the order has shipped and you say should be here by Wednesday then I will wit and see what happens Wednesday.

My guess is some mistyped the email address? Maybe not just a guess on my part, could have been me, could have been on your end, who really knows.

I receive dozens of emails every day both business and personal with no problems at all.

Just thought I would let you know I did in fact receive my items Wednesday. Also, finally received an email telling me the package was delivered about 2 hours after I had the press setup and running. Kind of funny.

Press is nice and seems to work really nice.

Never did receive an email from Dillon but got everything I ordered...
