1200 Case Trimmer Question
Quote from Reloader on January 2, 2010, 6:12 amI am just getting back into setting all my reloading equipment up after being to busy with building a business and moving into a new house. Everything has been setting for about 7 years!!
I used to use the case trimmer on a separate RCBS single stage press and tonight I was setting everything up to do it on my 650 press. The problem is once I get the trim die set to the correct position, there is not enough room to put a lock nut on top of the die. I tried the nut on the bottom side and it works but is this OK? I bought the trimmer when they first came out so have the dies changed at all to make it fit in the 650 toolhead?

Quote from Reloader on February 26, 2010, 7:09 pmIF you are triming .223, yes there is very little threads left for adjustment. I have not yet had to lock the die from the bottom. The .308 & 30-06 trim dies have plenty of adjustment.
