Quote from Reloader on January 6, 2019, 1:47 pmI don't have a .17 but even with a .22 you sometimes have to tap the powder measure and wait a second or two. Get into rhythm for every round. It also depends on the type of powder and you could try wiping the inside of the powder bar and funnel with a dryer sheet.

Quote from Reloader on January 7, 2019, 4:44 pmWhat powder are you using? The 17 caliber funnel has a tiny hole for powder to move through. Avoid extruded powders, and pull the handle down slowly, to give the powder time to funnel through the hole. It should take at least 1-2 full seconds for the powder bar to travel from one side to the other. This will reduce any instances of the powder jamming at the top of the funnel.
