223/5.56

I am new to reloading and i was looking into getting started. I was wanting to reload 5.56 rounds for my ar 15. I see no dies that say 5.56, I am assuming that the 223 dies will work.

Correct. Full-length .223 Remington dies work equally well for 5.56mm.
