223 Brass falls out of case feeder

I don't load 223 on my 550 w/case feeder, but I have had the same issue you describe loading 45 colt, 44 mag, and 357 mag and I what found that stopped the cases falling over for me was to grease the bottom of the station #1 locator plate. It cushioned/stopped the bounce of the cases as they dropped down from the feeder. Maybe this will help you.
