.223 Cal. with the RL550 Casefeeder

Hello,

i have a Dillon RL550B Casefeeder and woul like to load .223 Rem.
I cant find the RL 550B Casefeeder Caliber Conversion for this Caliber.
Can i use the Casefeeder only for Handgun Calibers?

223 is too tall to work reliably. The 550 casefeeder is only for the listed handgun cartridges.

With the Casefeeder installed can i feed the .223 Cases manually?

Sorta. You need to pull the front frame bolt and pivot the operating cam back out of the way, and use a rubber band or wire to secure the case feed plunger back out of the way. Takes a couple of minutes is all.
