223 Powder Die

Ok I have loaded 223 in the past with a Lee I had but now first time for Dillon. Opened the caliber change over kit and started changing over. In the 223 kit there were 2 powder funnels. Can't figure what the small one is! Larger one looks right but doesn't seem to have the tip set to slightly expand the neck to put a bullet on at the next station. Am I missing something here??

You don't flare case mouths on bottleneck cartridges generally. The funnel is female, the shoulder and neck of the case go up inside the funnel.
