223 Powder Die

Th XL 650 Caliber Conversion Chart shows only one powder funnel for the .223/.222/.221 Remington Conv. kit number #21101. It shows a #A Powder Funnel - #13426. This is the powder funnel I use. My money is a pistol funnel/flare made it into your conversion kit. Pulling the part number off the stamp should shed light on what it’s for.
