223 Sizing/Depriming Die
Quote from Reloader on June 17, 2018, 2:30 pmFirst off, I’m new to reloading. I’m setting up my 550 with a Dillon Sizing/ Depriming Die. With a new, lubed case on the upstroke there are three “hitch’s” as I come up from the bottom The last one feels like it is almost getting stuck in the die. I followed the Dillon video for setting the die. Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

You have posted this question in the wrong place. This area is for the Mr Bullet set up. Post this in the area for the Dillon 550 and I am sure you will get a better response. I do not have a 550 but I would guess that one of the hitches you are feeling is the expander ball pulling through the neck. I would also suggest that you use Dillon's spray lube. Very good product.
