300 BO cases falling over?
Quote from Reloader on November 12, 2016, 10:39 pmI just bought a brand new XL650 set up for .223. I am preparing to load 300 Blackout. When the case drops onto the ramp for Station 1, it falls over almost every time. The case is dropping onto the ramp when the handle is only about half way down and it seems like it's dropping too soon because nothing supports the case when it hits the ramp. If the case dropped later in the stroke, I don't think it would fall over because the case feeder drop tube would hold it upright.
Do I need to buy something specific for 300 Blackout or make an adjustment?
Thanks in advance!

Quote from Reloader on November 13, 2016, 2:10 pmYou have to turn the feeder ramp around to the pistol side to activate case drop. Single hex head screw. Then adjust to make sure it's in far enough to activate the case drop. I had to use a 357 magnum lower feed tube bushing, as the 223 bushing height allowed a second case to be grabbed and tipped out the port sometimes.
