357 mag brass problem

OK so this is happening about every third peace or so. I have cleaned the die, checked to make sure it is set right, now I am just frustrated and confused. My set up is a Dillon 550 and I am using Dillon 357/38 dies.
Any help to solve this problem would be great thank everyone.

What die does this happen it? Verify that you have a #2 shellplate, #2 locator buttons, and that the shellplate number is visible on the top of the shellplate.

Push down on the edge of the shellplate between stations 2 and 3. If it feels springy, then the shellplate bolt needs to be tighter.
