.357 SIG Powder Funnel

I am trying to run some .357 SIG through my 650 (a wonderous device, if I do say so...).... The issue I am having is with the Powder funnel...

As the .357 SIG is a bottleneck, I DO NOT want to expand the neck. If is use a rifle (.223) funnel, I end up closing the mouth, tearing the brass (about 1 in 15, or so) apart upon seating, and when using pistol (.45 ACP-widest, shallowest angle possible) funnel I am still expanding the mouth.

I need to dump the powder w/o changing the geometry of the case neck.

I have been trying to 'fine tune' the depth of the die, but the mass of the powder dispenser is enough to affect the brass.

Any suggestions?

There not being a .357 SIG conversion kit, I am using my .40 S&W for the remaining individual components.

We do not offer a non-flaring funnel for 357 SIG. Our experience with this cartridge is that due to the short neck the case mouth needs to be flared to prevent deforming the shoulder of the case. the "F" funnel, same as 9mm is the correct funnel to use for 357 SIG

Dillon told me to just have a "F" powder funnel machined down , because they do not make one that does not expand Sig cases. So I did. The best way I have found to reload 357 Sig on my 650 Dillon is to lube the cases, then run the cases through a Dillon 40 cal die in station #1 to "pre size" and deprime and a Dillon 357 Sig die in station #3. For whatever reason, my 40 cal sizing die is larger than my 357 sizing die, so I use both and it is easier on me and the case. Then I re-tumble to remove lube from inside the case neck to reduce set-back from a lubed neck. I then run the sized and cleaned cases back through the 650 to load. In the powder station I use a "F" funnel that has 0.004 turned off so it is now 0.350, it just barely expands tight cases, but does nothing to most cases. To stop belling the case, the powder funnel has a 0.020 shoulder cut into it so the case mouth will butt up against that 90 degree shoulder at the point it would normally start belling the case. It cost me $30 to have the funnel modified. However, you can NOT seat most bullets with a Dillon seating die if you do not expand and bell the case. So, I use a Hornady seating die. This is a very unique die that seats all of my bullets 100% of the time, and without any belling or expanding of the neck. It has a tube that hangs down and guides the bullet straight into the case with no expanding or belling. Because there is no belling, there is no crimping needed.
Trust me, this works well. I get 45+ pounds of bullet neck retention, which stops setback on my Berry's HBFPTP or XTP bullets. I also recommend AA #9 powder to help prevent serious setback if it were to occur.

Stock number is 21527 9x25 dillon and 357sig recheck the list under 9x25 dillon, but like everyone else said use the 40sw shellplate and pins and the 9mm funnel. I am about to start running them on my 550b, probably this coming week when my projectiles come in.
