.38/.357mag

Hello guys, I tried reloading .38spl and the cases doesnt fall down, I tried the green and red casefeed arm bushing, but noone does the job... which should be the right one? or is it something else?

The red arm bushing is the correct one for 38/357. Green has too small of an ID. Is the arm being pushed far enough over for the case to drop?
