.45 ACP Mouth Bell

OK so I reset up the machine, pushed out a few rounds, tested them and then started serious production. When I went to the range I had problems. The bullets or bullet jackets were over the case mouth and they would not headspace correctly.
I have since tried to get it reset and either the bell is so extreme it weakens the cases or it isn't open enough. I would like a different angle on the powder drop/case bell but that is not an option.
What have others done to get the belling process adjusted well?
