45 Auto Rimmed

What lessons are there to be learned about loading the 45AR? It will be used in a 1937 Brazillian contract 45. I now have 255 gr WFN to load. RZ

The Speer reloading manual, #13 has a good history and loads for 200-260 grain bullets. .45 ACP dies should work. Loads are similar too. Not sure on the shellplate as the rim is so thick. Mr. Dillon can weigh in on that one.

No problem loading this on any of our machines except the Square Deal B. It does require it's own shellplate.
