.45 cases stick to powder funnel

As compared to other calibers I'm loading, some .45 ACP cases (greatest offenders being S&B cases) seem to stick to the powder funnel/expander.  Case mouth flaring is OK and I've mirror polished the outside of the funnel body.  It helped but they're still a noticeable friction retention when lowering the ram.  Any similar experience and solution ?
Thanks in advance.

Check your S&B brass with a magnet. There is a bunch in the country that is brass-plated steel case.

I already did and it's brass all right.

Some sticking with new/once-fired brass is not unheard of. Wipe off the funnel with steel wool or a scotchbrite pad every 25-35 cases to prevent brass buildup on the funnel. Be sure to tumble your brass, that helps also. Usually by a couple of firings the interior of the case is smoothed out enough from the repeated firing to eliminate this. It also could be that the S&B brass is slightly thicker than other brands. Normal neck thickness is .009"-.011".

I load bunch of mixed brass, most have been reloaded at least 6-8 time and all my casings sticks in the powder funnel.
I’ve set flare for the bell (+/- .475) just slightly big enough to place in the bullet.
My 45 LC is fine it just the 45ACP that sticks. Some a lot more than others. I’ve asked the same. Something I just deal with

I've just experienced this 'sticking' problem, but only with new brass. In my instance the new brass is Starline, and after 25-30K loads with once-fired and other range brass without this problem ....

Thanks 'Dillon' for your cleaning suggestions. Using that info plus using what I had on-hand plus bit more worked great.

I first soaked the expander end of the powder funnel in Brasso to soften the adhered brass, and then used ultrafine Scotchbrite ( white ) to remove
it. I then used Flitz for a final mirror polish. Cleaned and dried thoroughly.

Btw ... even with this sticking problem, I have no negative comments about the new Starline brass. Zero rejects out of 1000 here.

Starline has a fix for the expander. See there website under FAQ.  Can not copy & paste the info here for some reason.

Why is it very hard to get expander and powder funnel back out of case?
There are two situations that create this problem. The first is one we have just recently identified. It seems to be associated with the dillon powder funnel and only a couple of calibers (45 Auto and 40 S&W). The land for expanding case mouth is too long and when you begin to bell mouth the bottom of expander gets into the thicker taper of case and wedges causing it to be very hard to get back out. We have modified several by increasing radius on end and slightly shortening expanding land and this eliminated the problem completely. Call Starline and we will take care of it if you wish. One other cause can be a burr at case mouth created by the final trim operation, which grabs onto expander as it comes back up. This situation does not often appear and can be fixed by deburring case mouth or inside lubing cases.
