45acp bulge top of the case
Quote from E30jef on February 16, 2024, 5:43 pmI have 230 gr fmj reloads that bulge were the bullet is seated in the case. These are reloads diameter in the case is 30.32mm & 30.73. I have new factory ammo in the case diameter is 31.30 & 31.38. Could it be the resizing die. Your help is greatly appreciated

I had the same issue on the 550.
Correct alignment solved the issue.

Quote from ARMTGuy on February 23, 2024, 6:44 pmThe size die always sizes the case tighter than new factory cases. The case is expanded by the bullet, and you can see where the bullet stops going down into the case. This is normal. It will chamber and fire just fine.

Alignment produced a bullet "signature" equal around the round's circumference.
