460 S&W Powder funnel
Quote from Reloader on June 17, 2015, 9:23 amHello,
I have been reloading both 454 Casull and 45 Colt. I just started reloading 460 S&W using dedicated 460 dies, but have been using the Dillon powder funnel for the 45 Colt. I know Dillon has a powder funnel specifically for the 460 and I'm wondering what the difference is. I use the same powder funnel for reloading both 38Spl and 357mag. I also use the same powder funnel for 40S&W and 10mm. Why would the 460 use a different powder funnel than is's shorter relatives? I could make a guess that the 460 funnel would be a big shorter to compensate for the much longer case.
Thanks for any and all info concerning this topic.
