.50 AE belling

I can't get my dillon 550B to bell my 50AE cases. The powder funnel seems to be short. I heard that it is the same funnel used for .500 S&W and they had problems with the .500 so they made it shorter. I can't get it to work, and It seems hard to get any help from dillon, all I get are extremely late responses that are not helpful. I am new to Dillon herd great things and have yet to see them.

Well, I've been bitchin since thurs. and I did get a response that is helpful just now. They are sending me a new funnel. That's cool, but for the money I have invested, and all the time I fought with this thing, a small box of bullets wouldn't hurt. Hell even a sticker, or something. I guess I'm just picky. Anybody els have this problem, now you know.

Have been loading 50AE on my 550 for 3 years with no issues partner, sorry to hear of yours.
