550 B jaming

A little troubling, had the rig for a few years, and it work without fail since day one. Now I have this, I'm stumped. If I let it "loose" then I get inconsistent primmer seating. If it is the "correct" tightness, it binds up after a few rotations.Any ideas???

When you set the tension on the shellplate bolt, you next need to snug the brass-tipped set screw on the side of the shaft. This prevents the shellplate bolt from tightening.
