550B & Glocked Brass

I’m having trouble with posting in the form.

I have a 550B and loading for .40 S&W. I shoot a Glock 35 so I have a lot of Glocked brass. My 550B resizes about 80% of my brass just fine. However, about 20% won’t fit in the Dillon .40 S&W case gage.

Does Dillon have any suggestions on how to get 100% of my reloads to fit the case gage?

Others have suggested getting an undersized Lee die and put it station 1. However, I would prefer a Dillon solution rather than another product.

I just ordered a Redding GRX size die, to full size the .40cases. $33.00. Just another step to reloading! Have not received it yet.

I have had the same problem with my Dillon pistol sizing dies.  I use a Lee Carbide Factory Crimp Die at the last station and it had taken care of this problem.

Boy i can't remember but i think it was lee or rcbs that makes a die
to get the bulge out of glocked brass.
it pushes the case all the way through and into a bottle .
Other option is to buy a Sig 🙂

Redding now offers a push-through size die to size the overexpanded base of cases fired in unsupported chambers.
