550b index sprocket sticking

On my 550b, the index sprocket is stuck to the shell plate bolt. How do I get it off. Once off, should I lube it so this won't happen again?

Invert the shellplate bolt and sprocket over a large socket. Tap on the threaded end of the bolt to separate the two pieces. In the future, lightly grease the parts so they don't gall together.
