550b Primer Bar Problem

OK, let's try this again.

I just switched my 550b from small to large pistol primers. I cleaned the parts before I switched it out.

The downstroke works fine.

When raising the handle, the bar doesn't seem to move into position. It stops about 1" from going fully into battery.

was it the spring not hooked on the bar ?
