550C priming system froze

Have 1500 rounds loaded on this new press and yesterday, the bar that slides back to collect a primer, locked up, wouldnt move... took it all apart, cleaned everything and very lightly oiled that bar, put it back together, same story... The only way it will work is if I leave the 2 allen bolts on the bottom loose.... What the heck is going on?

Cant get ahold of dillon, it tells me to request a call back, when I call, and the call back crap says an error has occurred..

It could be several different things. Have you tried running it without the tube in the primer feed. If the tip is damaged it may catch the primer cup. Another item is the primer cup itself. If it has come loose and raised up a smidge it could be catching the tube. The dimensions for the primer cup is 1.215 to 1.220 inches. They are listed on page 5 of the manual.

Don't lube it, that will collect more gunk. Do what the above post suggests but keep the black plate clean.
