650 Problem

I'm new to reloading but not completely. My friend is setting up my brand new Dillon XL650 system with case feeder for me. The problem is that the first place where the case comes from the case feeder tube out of ten cases, there be half come out, but ten in a row may come out. What could be the problem?

More information is needed. What caliber? Where exactly are they hanging up? It would help greatly if you could phone us while you are standing in front of the machine.
