98 out of 100

Don't know what I did the first time but here is what I had to say... I have been re-loading for years now so I have always heard about Dillon from others who use the presses but I never had a need for a progressive press until .223 and .45 went through the roof in cost. So when it came time there was no question as to what I would buy, Dillon of course. $1237 later I got the XL 650 with all of the bells and whistles, got it to the house and proceeded to assemble it when I found two issues. 1- The mounting bracket for the bullet tray was bent in the wrong direction so that the pre-drilled holes did not line up with the unit, and 2- The case feeder came with a crack in the clear plastic where the cases feed into the tube. I can live with the crack, and I positioned the bullet tray and drilled out another hole to place the second screw. In all fairness I could have sent it in and got it replaced but I am very impatient and chose to live with it. Even after this I still rate the press at 98 out of 100 and WILL buy from Dillon again. I intend to try to speak to their QC person tomorrow and I will re-post what happens. Maybe they will send me a calender, or even a RF100 to make it up.....

WOW! I called customer service today to let them know about the two issues and they are sending out a replacement case feeder, and bullet tray. But thats not all, they are also giving me a press cover to make up for the problems that I had with the unit. They are simply the BEST.

Dillon Precision is the only company that I can say has 100% customer service. I love my Dillon products and I am definetly a fan of their warranty. Every time I walk in that store they take care of me 110%. They even are guided me through operations over the phone. They are just genuinely good people. I would recomend them again and again.
