9mm caliber conversion kits

When I checked online, the order status showed "Finalized". When I called I was told that the card was declined when they tried to bill for one of the die sets and remainder of the order was cancelled. Turned out that someone had entered the wrong year as the expiration date of the card. My order was re-entered and I was promised that it would be shipped by Tuesday. We'll see....
Errors happen but I should have been notified if there was a problem with my payment. The rep who talked to me was very helpful and hopefully I will receive the 9mm dies in a few days. But this could have gone on a lot longer if I had not gotten tired of waiting and called to check.
Systems that work pretty good under normal conditions really start to malfunction when stressed - such as at times like this when there is high order demand and lots of backorders.
