9mm reloading equipment.

I have a Dillon 550B Reloading Press.
I also have a RL 550B Deluxe Quick Change Assembly for .45 ACP.
I want to start reloading 9mm. Can I simply buy the 9mm 3 die set and use it on the
RL 550B Deluxe Quick Change Assembly that I bought for .45 APC, or do I have to buy another RL 550B Deluxe Quick Change Assembly? Are the Deluxe Quick Change Assemblies die specific? If I can use the same Assembly, and put the 9mm die set on it, that would save me $103.
Thanks

If you have a 550b that works for 45acp - to make 9mm rounds all you will need to buy is 9mm dies($63.95) and an 9mm conversion kit($45.95). You can swap the dies and use any toolhead/powder measure/quick change you have - you save money, but spend time to swap-out the parts. You might need to get a case gauge if you don't have one.

You will have to change over to small primer system(that you should have), and don't forget to swap in the powder funnel from the conversion kit.

Any Dillon dies will work in any toolhead on a 550b as long as they are not for the Square Deal B.
