Alternate 9mm Bullet Seating Anvil ?
Quote from Reloader on April 1, 2013, 1:05 amI have 550B with the newest Dillon 9mm dies. I'm loading the Missouri Bullet 124gr lead SWC.
Wanted to know if an optional seating anvil is offered. I flipped the standard anvil inside the seating die over to the flat point option, but the flat area on the anvil is about twice the size of the bullet. Because of the size difference no centering takes place, and the grease escape hole is almost as large as the nose of the bullet.
I fully realize the large area is useful for some hollow points many other bullets I load. Just wondering is a closer fitting anvil is offered.
Thanks.
