Any way to cancel part of an order?
Quote from Reloader on March 19, 2013, 3:19 pmI ordered two caliber conversion kits and then stupidly realized that I did not need the 9mm conversion kit I ordered. Is there a way to cancel that part of my order without canceling the 44 magnum conversion kit? I tried calling, but the line seems to always be busy. I'm sure it is crazy at the warehouse these days.

Quote from Reloader on March 19, 2013, 4:07 pmI called yesterday at around 3:00pm CDT. Took probably 50-75 times immediately redialing over the course of 10 minutes or so before my call went through, but I did get through. Their call queue holds around 30 calls, and they only have a few people working phones (which I'm fine with - the more people cranking out equipment, the better). Hold time was a little over an hour before they got to me, and got my order done. I'd previously modified an order over the phone - as long as it isn't in the warehouse about to be shipped you should be able to change the order.
Good luck!!

Quote from Reloader on March 19, 2013, 4:43 pmI sent them a email to add extra deprriming pins to any of the three orders I have in the Que. Haven't recieved a reply yet ( only been a couple days) My CC was charged today for what I'm guessing is the balance of my 1st order 550 press ( yahoo) and my last order ( no conversion/dies) SO we'll see if they got it.
Depending on how long ago you placed your order might be the easiest way to contact them
Or you could just sell'em on Ebay & make a couple extra bucks
