Awesome customer service

On August 12, 2011, I purchased a Square Deal B in 9mm. When I got it, I set it up according to the directions in the manual. I loaded 100 rounds without a hitch. A couple of days later, I loaded up 100 more primers to load another 100 rounds. The primers would not feed. Got on the phone with Dillon and the guy (can't remember names) walked me through a couple of trouble shooting things to try with no luck. He shipped out a replacement priming system. I got it and installed it and still the primers would not feed. Got on the phone with Dillon again and he was very interested in why the primers would not feed. He shipped out a new Square Deal B in 9mm. I packed the defective unit back in the box and  Dillon sent Fedex to pick it up. I got the replacement press the next day. I set it up and have loaded 200 rounds so far flawlessly.

When I set the new press up, I took the priming system off to see the difference in the front of the ram from the first press.  Well apparently, part #13847 (over travel spring) was not doing it's job and part #13597 (over travel block) was pushed all the way in to the ram and stuck there and was not pushing the primer slide out far enough for it to pick up a primer.

If I had realized that the over travel block was supposed to move and stick out from the front of the ram, I could have had Dillon send me those parts and I could have replaced them instead of sending me a whole new press.

Thank you Dillon. I appreciate it.

We're here to help keep you loading!

So, now I have converted it for reloading .357 mag. What an easy experience that was. So now that I have two tool heads set up, caliber switch overs will be even easier. Awesome press.
