Bases coming off holls

Using STS hulls about every 10 hulls it pulls the base off in station 2 took the clip off the die and checked the funnel moved die up and down no help, once fired hulls loaded STS,AAs
and gun clubs for several years no problem please help

you can try backing the collet sizer in station one up 1/2 turn, but ultimately the problem is defective hulls.
