Best way to adjust bell and crimping dye

I have been having problems with getting the correct bell and crimp when loading 9 mm Luger. I am looking for the correct way to adjust these two stations.

For best possible assistance, we suggest that you phone us when you can be in front of the machine.
Adjust the case flaring by turning the die down in 1/2 turn increments, until a sized case is flared to between .010" -.020" larger than the outside diameter of the sized, unflared case mouth. You need to use calipers.
For crimping, Measure the outside diameter of the case mouth on a loaded cartridge, before crimping. Adjust the crimp die down in 1/4 turn increments, measuring each time, until the outside diameter of the case mouth is .001"- 003" smaller than the maximum case mouth diameter on the cartridge drawings.

Thanks. Will try to call or I will follow your instructions.
