Adjust the case flaring by turning the die down in 1/2 turn increments, until a sized case is flared to between .010" -.020" larger than the outside diameter of the sized, unflared case mouth. You need to use calipers.
For crimping, Measure the outside diameter of the case mouth on a loaded cartridge, before crimping. Adjust the crimp die down in 1/4 turn increments, measuring each time, until the outside diameter of the case mouth is .001"- 003" smaller than the maximum case mouth diameter on the cartridge drawings.
