Billet toolheads
Quote from Reloader on January 29, 2014, 9:45 pmDear Dillon,
There are two youtube videos of the new tools of Dillon. How about posting pictures of the XL650 new colored toolheads in the forum? Can you project cost? I understand they might be a few months our before they hit the catalog, but are they available now?It would be nice to have more stats on the RT-1500 like cost and if direct replacement for RT-1200. I understand it was built to help with case forming/trimming of the 300BLKOUTs, but would be nice to know more about it.
It would be nice to have better pictures than the video of the swagger new parts. I assume the better rods mean a cleaner easier swagging of the calibar they were designed for. I have found the small and large rod to work with the few cases I have come across. But it appears there are going to be greater numbers of crimped cases coming on the market.
thanks, your loyal customer, /l

Quote from Reloader on January 30, 2014, 5:07 pmWe estimate 650 billet toolheads will be about $35. These should be available in 30 days or less. When available, they will be listed online first, under new products.
As prices and availability are firmed up on other equipment I suspect we will send out a newsletter about them, but will list here as well.
