BL550 Question

Hi,I'm interested in the BL550 press,i haave got lee dies that I know are compatible. However is there a primer arm of any sorts? Do I have to prime off the press or can I manually insert primers ?

The BL550 has a primer seating assembly. After the handle is pulled down, manually set a primer open-side-up into the cup. At the end of the upstroke of the handle push the handle forward to seat the primer into the case.
