body collar again

I had to replace the body collar off the powder measure last summer and again tonight it broke. I am sure everything is lined up and nothing was binding. Any ideas as to what I may have done wrong?

make sure the set screw on the main shaft is tight. This set screw keeps the shell plate bolt in place. If it isn't then the shell plate bolt can overtighten causing everything to bind up. Also make sure you dont overtighten the shell plate bolt. This has happened to me twice, and I finally figured it out after the second time. Hope this helps.
