brass for SDB

Does the SDB die/ insert system prefer or dislike one brand of brass than another ?? Starline is supposed to be "thicker" than say Winchester or Remington. I'll be loading 44 mag ammo and was wondering if it had a preference. Just trying to avoid any troubles before they start.....thanks

Avoid steel cases-otherwise no problems at all. On 44 you might lightly lube the brass. It merely makes it easier to cycle the handle.
