Broken cartridge chute

Hi All,

I have a SDB and while removing the bin for the finished cartridges the bottom tab broke off the chute where it attaches to the press.

Should this be covered by the excellent warranty that Dillon offers?

The press certainly hasn't been abused.

Also can't get a shipping quote (to Australia) after going through ordering a 9mm conversion kit for my SDB. Put in several times over two weeks with no response
