Broken Frankenstein Knobs

This is from my older SDB, showing the knobs missing that hold the spent primer cup to the bottom of the reloader. Is there a way to update the reloader to the more current version of spent primer cup, or am I stuck with finding a replacement part?

Also, I seem to be missing the rubber grommet (part #18086) that goes on the Powder Measure Failsafe System-rod. Is it still possible to order parts for this older version SDB.
