Broken screw

The screw that holds the shellplate for 9mm broke today. Part of the screw remains in the hole on the press. How do I get that broken part out? I guess I need to order a new screw so I'll reassemble the plate when I get that broken piece out.

Press the eraser end of a pencil against the top of the broken bolt. Rotate it counter-clockwise, and the broken bolt will easily come out.
