bullet depth

changes from 45 acp to 9mm when at stage 3 and I install bullet it goes in to far what am I doing wrong.

Did you change and adjust your seating stem as needed for the 9mm bullet. You cannot just change ammo. It requires adjustment of the stem and appropriate stem if RN or HP/FP.
