Bullet spins

I own a SDB and have loaded about 20,000 rounds without an issue. All the sudden my Bullets are spinning in the brass. Not falling out but spinning. I am loading 185 gr xtreme flat points. They are copper plated

Help

Having basically the same issue with SDB on 9MM -
I can pull the bullet out of the case if I try but normally just spins.
If I run those which the bullet turns in the case through the seater/crimp die on my manual press they tighten up.
Dillon Support sent me replacement Friction Plate but that was no help, issue persists.
Only for 9mm.  Other calibers (45 ACP, 38 Spcl, 44-40) no issues, they work fine.
I hope a solution is found because four to six out of every hundred rounds of 9MM have the issue.

If the bullet can be rotated in the case after crimping, this usually means the case is overcrimped.  What does your case mouth measure after crimping? In general, it should be between .377-.379".

SDB is currently set up for 45ACP but once I flip it to 9MM I'll check the crimp on a loaded round or if I find one that turns in the case I'll check one of those.
I normally go through all loaded rounds while reloading and check.  Those with the issue, I run them through my manual press.
When I have the measurements I'll post updates here.

Thank you for your rapid response.

Crimp?

Seating/Crimp die yes.
Once I do that the bullet no longer moves in the case.
