I getting ready to reload a .223 or 5.56 and I found a head stamp fc 223 rem its a once fired case but the length is 1.7390 would anyone reload it? I found a few like this.

1.740" is the SAAMI minimum case length, after resizing. Size a few of these cases then measure them. You should be fine.
