Can I convert an XL650 to something like a 550 model without the auto progression?

I bought my XL650 many years ago when i mostly shot large qtys of 9mm and 223. Now I am mostly doing PRS and ELR. The auto progression is really a hassle and I was hoping there was a conversion kit somewhere to convert to something like a BL550 or RC550C. I really don't want to have to buy an single stage press. Space is an issue.

All you need to do is to remove the shellplate, lift the index pawl #13667 out of the top of the ring indexer. Without the pawl, the shellplate will not automatically turn. Just remember to manually index the shellplate before you push forward on the handle to seat the primer.
