Can't thank you enough!!!!!

I just had to write a thank you to everyone at Dillon. You guys are the best!!!!! I sent in my SQDB for the clean and lube service. It hasn't beenused for quite a while and had some rust on parts and didn't operate smoothly when i tried it. Well i got it back the other day and it is like a brand new machine!!!! There was an enclosed invoice that showed all of the parts that were put on my reloader. There was about $160 worth of new parts put on it to get it functioning and looking like new. When i called customer service to find out if they were sending a bill for the parts or would just charge the card the man kinda chuckled and said we charged you the clean and lube service when you sent it it for $40. I asked aboutthe additional parts and he said those are listed for in tracking purposes. I just couldn't believe it!!!! Now that is product loyalty and customer satisfaction if i ever heard of it. Its nice to know in this day and age there are still great companies like this out there. I have been posting praise on any gun related site i belong to and have been telling all my friends. Again i can't thank you guys enough and look forward to many happy years of reloading!!!!

If every US manufacturing company had Dillons no BS approach to customer service no one would buy foreign made anything ever again.

I too have had only great experiences when dealing with Dillon. My only regret is that I waited so long.

I ALWAYS give my dillons a coat of BreakFree when I know they are not gonna get used for a spell. Mostly the ram, shell plate, dies and other steel parts. When I get back to reloading I give everything a cleaning with gun srubber first and dry with air hose. Its worked for years!!

I will 2nd that 100%. I recently picked up a used, but still in great shape older Square Deal B from an reloader that could no longer enjoy the hobby. I got it knowing it was missing a few small items. I put together my list of items and called... and to my shock I was told 'No Charge'...!! When they say No BS Warranty, they mean it..!! I have since told my fellow shooters about the outstanding service and one has even picked up a SDB himself.
