Cancel kit back ordered items

I know that the .380 Auto conversion kit kit contains all the parts except the funnel and a casefeed adapter part to also load .223, and both parts are available along with the .380 conversion kit. My order was 14 weeks ago today. I have tried to get a call back but that hasn’t happened with 3 attempts. It is an XL750 EZ CHANGE KIT 45 ACP Nothing EZ about it.
