Card Partially Charged?
Quote from Reloader on March 31, 2013, 6:55 amOrdered a 650 for myself on March 6. Wasn't suspecting anything soon but got an email from Dillon asking for a credit card update as the one I provided didn't work. Turned out I entered it in wrong.. oops.
Anyways, shortly after, my card was charged $202 rather than the $590 or so for the 650. No way to check order status or anything, wondering if I should bother waiting an hour on the phone or just wait it out and see what happens? Has this happened to anyone else?
650 order number is 261031 (From my online Dillon account)
From the CS email asking about the card, here is the info I was given:
Customer #1632886
Internal Order #3608442
Michael Wagner..Nothing matches up. Help!

Quote from Reloader on April 2, 2013, 4:54 pmIn my own experience as well as through conversation with other customers, it seems they are filling partial orders as they're available. My first shipment happened within a few days and had any accessories they had in stock (roller handle, case lube, spare parts kit, etc). I was charged for just the accessories that shipped, and for the shipping charge for the entire order at that time.
My second shipment, 6 wks later, was the 650.
I have a 3rd shipment on the way, but due to the amount charged for this shipment I can tell I'll still be waiting on dies, so I'll expect a 4th shipment soon.
Doesn't sound too out of the ordinary Mike. Takes a little patience, but you'll have everything before you know it - just sit tight!

Quote from Reloader on April 7, 2013, 10:39 pmI ordered my XL650 and a bunch of other stuff. Total was like $1449.00 and I have been billed bits and pieces here and there as they ship but still no 650. Get ready for a long wait.
