Case Binding On Ejector Wire

Trying to resolve an issue with the loaded case binding at the ejector wire. The caliber that I am reloading is 380 ACP while using a #3 Shellplate with #3 locator buttons. Any suggestions?

Is there any chance that you have a roller bearing kit installed that raises the ejector wire? My kit mentioned bending the wire.
