Case Feeder
Quote from Reloader on February 17, 2018, 1:02 amLooking to set up a case feeder on one of my 550s for 9mm and .45. My question is if the only difference between the Large Pistol and the Small Pistol feeder is the case plate and the caliber conversion kit? For instance if I purchase the Large Pistol with the .45 conversion kit all I would need to switch to 9mm would be the small plate and the 9mm conversion kit?

If you are set up for .45 then to change to 9mm, you would need to change the feed plate in the hopper, the caliber conversion 'bushing' and the base plate. Of course this is in addition to the normal cal conversion on the reloader. I have only been using mine with .223 so far. I still have lots of .45 before I need to load any.
Have fun with the case feeder.
