Case Feeder Clogging
Quote from Reloader on December 10, 2008, 10:06 pmI have three 650's, and on one, dedicated to 9mm, I keep getting this problem. All of a sudden the cases don't drop cleanly through the funnel into the tube, but one gets across, and the rest pile on top of it. The feeder keeps rotating, and at some point you notice cases falling down.
This is happening with an annoying frequency - once or twice in 100 rounds. This is not happening on the other two presses that are used for larger calibers.
What is the cause and how it could be eliminated?

If rectangular, then there is a white plastic insert for 9mm that needs to be installed. If you don't have one, phone or email us your name and address so we can mail one to you. If round, then the bench may not be stiff enough, allowing the case feed assembly to sway.
